A program of love transcending hardship, with sacred and secular reflections on love’s journey. Featuring music by Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Paul Moravec of love stories told through letters spanning four American wars. And a tour of distinctively American genres like Broadway, gospel, and folk by songwriters Leonard Bernstein, Aaron Copland, Moses Hogan, Rosephanye Powell, and more. 

Including performances by guest soloists Danielle Talamantes, soprano; Kerry Wilkerson, bass-baritone; Brian Thorsett, tenor; and Jason Crafton, trumpet.
